Prophecy Study: Part III: Yom Teruah
![]()
For thousands of years, Yisrael has been commanded in the Torah to observe the 7th New Moon as a special, High Sabbath. It is on this day, the feast of SHOUTING, of blowing of trumpets, that we celebrate and anticipate our eventual resurrection. At the end of the last 3.5 years of mankind's bloody rule, this terrible time will be cut short by 10 days. Yom Teruah will see the final deliveracne of Yisrael. On the Yom Teruah at the close of this final 3.5 years of the Beast's rule, YahShua shall descend from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of an archangel and with the blast of the mighty shofar. The dead in Messiah will explode from their graves, from the sea, from the earth and rise to meet Messiah in the clouds. Those living in Messiah, probably only the 144,000 at that point, will also rise to meet Messiah once the dead are raised. Both the dead and living Saints will gather on the sea of fire and glass in heaven, meeting YahShua in the clouds and so shall they ever be with YahShua. For the next 10 days between Yom Teruah First Resurrection and Yom Kippur, the Saints will be judged in heaven and receieve their eternal rewards. YahShua will burn away their chaff and clothe them in the righteousness of the saints. He will preprare His resurrected Saints to join ranks with the Heavenly Host in preperation for Armageddon. During those same 10 days, the wicked nations of the earth will gather at Yerushalyim, being personally led by the False Christ, preparing to wage war against YahShua should He return. Millions of other humans, who have not repented, but also have not taken the mark of the Beast, will be hiding in caves and dens and rocks, crying out in fear and terror. During these 10 terrible days, the final 7 bowl judgments will be poured upon the earth. The sun will blister the wicked. Darkness will cover the earth. All water will be turned to blood. Giant, 100 lb hailstones will thunder from the sky and kill millions. It will be a terrible time of woe, 10 days of hell on earth as YahShua judges the Beast and his followers. So many people will die, that a man will be as scarce as a wedge of gold on the earth. The earth will reel to and fro like a drunkard. It will be woe unto the earth. Then, on the 10th day from Yom Teruah, Yom Kippur begins.
